Dear Sirs/Mdms,
Greetings! May all of you have a good day today.
We, the youth of Lower Alang- Alang, hereby humbly reaching out to your office and bring out about our effort in the repair and maintenance of our rough basketball court which was also put upped courtesy of this same office years back.
This simple yet multifunctional venue has been highly beneficial in our community, not only for spending daily past time among sports enthusiasts but also develop sportsmanship skills, physical and mental training development, venue for local events and promotive to neighborhood camaraderie among others.
However in its present state our basketball ring and board has been badly damaged by the passing of time and is beyond repair.
Our initiative and cooperation among ourselves, we can assre in rebuilding our basketball court however our shortness of resources and materials, basketball, ring and board, we now resort to pleading for donations from your office.
Any help and donations you can extend to us, we will greatly appreciate.
